What Is Aspadol 100mg? 
Aspadol 100mg is a centrally-acting opioid pain medication with a dual mechanism of action. The medication has a faster time of action and works within 30 minutes of administration.  
It is available in two formulations: Immediate-Release (IR) tablets and Extended-Release (ER) tablets, which treat acute and chronic body pain, respectively. 

List Of Ingredients
The active ingredient present in Aspadol 100mg tablets is Tapentadol. 
The inactive ingredients contain the following:
 Lactose monohydrate, cellulose microcrystalline, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, aluminium oxide, magnesium stearate, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol. 

Aspadol 100mg Uses
The immediate-release (IR) tablets of  Aspadol are used to treat pain associated with 
post-surgical, dental pain, back pain, knee and hip joint pain, migraine, and regional pain syndrome. 
Whereas extended-release (ER) tablets are recommended for managing pain caused by Fibromyalgia, diabetic neuropathy, and bunionectomy. 
Note– Since Tapentadol (Aspadol) is an opioid pain medication, it has a risk of abuse and dependency and should be used under the strict guidance of a doctor. 

Dosage Information

Aspadol can interact with 375 drugs and causes major drug interaction with Lyrica (pregabalin), hydrocodone, morphine, tramadol, tizanidine, oxycodone, Valium, Xanax, carisoprodol, and gabapentin. 
It can moderately interact with 190 medications, including acrivastine, formoterol, ganaxolone, ketamine, levetiracetam, midazolam, naloxone, and solriamfetol.
It is thus advisable to maintain a safe dosage gap between medicines and use them at intervals to avoid any reactions.
